SHIPPING
UK orders for delivery to a UK address currently have two (2) delivery options –Standard Delivery (FREE) and Express Shipping, (usually £4.95) .

Delivery Times:

Standard Delivery: Typically takes around 3 to 5 working days although will be dispatched on the same day if ordered before 3pm.

We occasionally run offers on delivery costs where, for example, we will upgrade you to Express Delivery for the same cost as standard delivery. Please see "Express Delivery".

Delivery times depend on the delivery service selected and the types of goods ordered. We always aim to despatch all goods in stock as quickly as possible.

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return and exchange policy.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 45 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and UNUSED condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Refunds will only be issued if items have not been removed from their original packaging and are faulty/broken on delivery. We are not responsible for ensuring you measure correctly and order the correct size. Please ensure your size BEFORE you order.
